Planning policy

For any appointment, a deposit of 50€ is requested and will be deducted from the total amount of your service. After depositing the deposit, it will not be possible to obtain a refund. However, you can move the appointment within 72 hours before the D-Day. No appointment will be validated without a deposit. The deposit is set up to avoid appointments not being honored.
